About
I am a project manager and data expert with 8+ years of experience building and optimizing data warehouses and business intelligence solutions. Helping clients gain insights into diverse data in one glimpse. Throughout my career, I have been working with end-users to translate their business needs into tangible data and reporting solutions using different BI tools, implementing BI concepts to design innovative and incitive dashboards for internal and external consumers.
People say I am creative, eager to learn new tricks and technologies to sustain growth. I have emotional intelligence; I can listen to clients and teammates’, slice through the noise, and provide creative pathways and solutions as required. I am flexible and can reorganize priorities as new tasks keep flowing in. The connecting string between all my BI projects is based on aspiring to provide one single truth to the different echelons of the company making process simple and elegant.
On top of my IT skills, I have MIS M.SC and strong financial and accounting background.
My goal is to learn as much as I can on new BI technologies and how they can be executed on the cloud with secured features.

Project Manager | Senior Business Intelligence Developer and Analyst 2012-2022
- AIG – liaison between the data science team and the organization. Locating discrepancies and fixing them. Creating and planning the DB to house the data science team activity.
- AIG – optimizing night queries that take long time to process. shorted a process that took more than 8 hours to 1.5 hours.
- AIG – recreating the customer dimension to funnel all data related to him/her in one record. The process found inserted 100,000 emails, 24,000 phones, 10,000 addresses, and 4,500 birthdays that were lost in the system.
- Whirlpool Corporate – managed, designed and built a comprehensive BI, encompassing their marketing, sales, promotions, supply chain activities, demand , and exception detection.
The BI included dashboards and big data analysis from the company’s perspective down to Material/Trade Partner/Location/Week level (around 10 million combinations.) - The biggest HMO provider in Israel – Managed the creation of supply chain BI module, providing full supply chain information for pharmacies starting from high-level KPI reports drilling down to a specific item in a single pharmacy.
- Israel Post – worked together with Strategy and IS VP of created monthly goals and incentive plans for 700 post office branches based on management’s targets.
- Israel Post – analysis of sales managers and customer sales applied different sales drill-downs, creating KPI, and comparing them to previous years assisting the management in managing customers and reimbursing top sales managers wisely.
- Ministry of Health – led 3 people in a VBA, and project that checked 60 KPIs sent weekly from 10 hospitals.
- Experis Academy, Ministry of Health – Taught Excel, BI methodologies, SQL and SSIS
- Intel – led the redesign of the ETL process and the DWH using SSIS. Solved data quality issues, fine-tuned complicated SQL procedures, and performance optimization for the IT department.
- Intel – created a process of slowly changing dimensions with history tracking capacity.
- Bank Leumi – developed inventory control reports based on multiple databases using scheduled store procedures, cursors, and Dynamic SQL.
